SweetName is the digital-domain brand through which Purple Garden Consulting LLC acquires, organizes, manages, and offers Web3 domain assets featured through Manhattan Domains.
The underlying Web3 TLDs and domains featured through Manhattan Domains are acquired and minted through Freename and its infrastructure.
Manhattan Domains functions as a New York-focused storefront and experience for selected digital identities associated with:

Freename is a third-party platform and technology provider. Purple Garden Consulting LLC, SweetName, and Manhattan Domains are independent from Freename unless an express written agreement states otherwise.
References to Freename do not represent that Purple Garden Consulting LLC, SweetName, or Manhattan Domains owns Freename, operates Freename, or owns Freename's technology, trademarks, intellectual property, or infrastructure.

1. TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 What Manhattan Domains Is
Manhattan Domains is a New York-focused digital-domain storefront operated by Purple Garden Consulting LLC.
Through Manhattan Domains, customers may discover and acquire selected digital identities associated with Web3 TLDs acquired and managed through the SweetName brand.
The underlying Web3 TLDs and domains are acquired and minted through Freename and its infrastructure.
The relationship can therefore be understood as:

Manhattan Domains — New York-focused storefront and customer experience
Freename — Third-party platform and infrastructure through which applicable Web3 TLDs and domains are acquired and minted
1.2 What You Are Acquiring
When you purchase an available Web3 domain through Manhattan Domains, you are acquiring the applicable digital domain asset or associated rights, subject to its blockchain network, minting status, technical architecture, applicable provider rules, and transaction terms.
For example:
YourBusiness.Manhattan🗽
is a digital-domain identity.
Purchasing it does not mean you have purchased physical property in Manhattan, ownership of Manhattan, governmental or municipal rights, the word “Manhattan” itself, or automatic trademark rights associated with that word.
The same distinction applies to domains associated with .NewYork🌐, .CentralPark, .TimesSquare, and .Broadway🎭.
1.3 No Sale of New York Real Estate or Geographic Rights
Manhattan Domains does not sell physical New York real estate.
References to New York, Manhattan, Central Park, Times Square, Broadway, landmarks, neighborhoods, streets, cultural locations, or other geographic terminology identify or describe digital naming assets and related branding.
Acquisition of a domain does not convey ownership of any corresponding physical place, geographic territory, governmental designation, landmark, municipality, public property, or unrelated intellectual property.
1.4 SweetName
SweetName is the digital-domain brand through which Purple Garden Consulting LLC acquires, organizes, manages, and offers digital-domain assets featured through Manhattan Domains.
SweetName may be used across additional digital-domain portfolios, storefronts, services, or projects operated or controlled by Purple Garden Consulting LLC.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SweetName should not be interpreted as the underlying blockchain network, domain protocol, registry infrastructure, or minting platform.
1.5 Freename Infrastructure
The applicable Web3 TLDs and domains presented through Manhattan Domains are acquired and minted through Freename and its infrastructure.
Freename provides third-party Web3 domain technology and services associated with the acquisition, minting, management, resolution, and potential functionality of compatible Web3 domains.
Freename describes Web3 domains within its ecosystem as blockchain-based digital assets capable of being minted and held through compatible wallets and describes many of its Web3 domains as having no recurring annual renewal fee after acquisition, subject to applicable product rules and exceptions.
Features, policies, networks, fees, technical requirements, and functionality provided by Freename may change independently of Purple Garden Consulting LLC.
1.6 Independent Businesses
Nothing on ManhattanDomains.com should be interpreted as representing that Purple Garden Consulting LLC, SweetName, or Manhattan Domains is Freename itself.
Likewise, use of or reference to Freename does not, by itself, establish a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sponsorship, endorsement, or other legal relationship beyond whatever contractual or customer relationship may actually exist between the relevant parties.
All Freename names, trademarks, logos, technologies, platforms, and intellectual property remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
1.7 Blockchain Ownership
Where an applicable Web3 domain is minted as a blockchain asset, ownership and transfers may be recorded on a public blockchain.
Control of a minted asset may be associated with the compatible blockchain wallet holding that asset.
Blockchain records can provide independently verifiable evidence of transactions and wallet possession.
However, blockchain ownership of a digital domain does not automatically create trademark rights, copyright rights, physical-property rights, governmental rights, or ownership of the geographic terminology represented by a domain extension.
1.8 Potential Utility
Depending on the particular domain, blockchain, configuration, compatible applications, and third-party infrastructure, Web3 domains may support functionality including:
blockchain-recorded ownership;
human-readable identifiers for supported cryptocurrency transactions;
compatible Web3 websites;
redirection to conventional websites;
digital identity;
compatible Web3 communications or email functionality;
wallet or blockchain resolution;
publicly verifiable blockchain records; and
other current or future decentralized applications.
These are potential technological capabilities, not guarantees that every feature will work with every domain, browser, wallet, network, application, device, or service.
1.9 Browser, DNS and Application Compatibility
Web3 domains are not necessarily interchangeable with conventional DNS domain names.
Resolution and other functionality may require compatible browsers, applications, wallets, extensions, gateways, DNS configurations, plugins, APIs, or other infrastructure.
Purple Garden Consulting LLC does not guarantee universal native browser resolution or universal third-party compatibility.
1.10 No Guarantee of Future Features
Web3 technology evolves rapidly.
Blockchains, wallets, browsers, standards, applications, naming systems, APIs, third-party integrations, and regulatory requirements can change.
Features available when a domain is acquired may later be expanded, modified, restricted, replaced, or discontinued.
1.11 Availability
Displaying, discussing, advertising, or quoting a domain does not guarantee that it will remain available.
Availability can change before a transaction is completed.
Purple Garden Consulting LLC reserves the right to correct legitimate pricing, availability, listing, description, or technical errors before completing a transaction, subject to applicable law.
1.12 Transactions and Blockchain Finality
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible.
Once an applicable blockchain transaction or asset transfer is validly completed, it may not be technically possible for Purple Garden Consulting LLC, SweetName, Manhattan Domains, Freename, or another party to reverse it.
Customers are responsible for carefully verifying wallet addresses, blockchain networks, transaction information, and other relevant details before approving transfers.
1.13 Wallet Security
Customers who take custody of blockchain-based domains are responsible for protecting their:
wallets, private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, authentication methods, devices, and other security credentials.
A customer should never disclose a seed phrase or private key to Purple Garden Consulting LLC, SweetName, Manhattan Domains, or anyone claiming such disclosure is necessary to complete an ordinary domain transfer.
Loss or compromise of wallet credentials may cause irreversible loss of control over digital assets.
1.14 Blockchain Risks
Blockchain technologies carry inherent risks, including:
network congestion; transaction fees; smart-contract vulnerabilities; wallet compromise; protocol changes; forks; third-party outages; discontinued services; software incompatibility; cybersecurity incidents; regulatory changes; and technological obsolescence.
Customers should understand these risks before acquiring or using blockchain-based assets.
1.15 No Investment Representation
Manhattan Domains presents digital domains primarily for purposes including:
digital identity, branding, ownership, communication, technological utility, digital presence, and related applications.
Nothing on ManhattanDomains.com constitutes financial, securities, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Purple Garden Consulting LLC makes no guarantee concerning:
future resale value, appreciation, liquidity, market demand, profitability, royalties, commercial success, or investment return.
1.16 Trademark Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their selected domain names and intended uses do not violate third-party trademarks, copyrights, business-name rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or other legal rights.
Acquiring a blockchain domain does not automatically grant trademark rights to words contained within that domain.
1.17 Prohibited Uses
Domains and services may not knowingly be used for unlawful purposes, including fraud, phishing, impersonation, malicious software distribution, intellectual-property infringement, deceptive commercial practices, unlawful harassment, or other conduct prohibited by applicable law.
1.18 Third-Party Services
Manhattan Domains may interact with or link to third-party blockchains, wallets, payment providers, domain platforms, marketplaces, DNS providers, browsers, hosting services, gateways, applications, analytics providers, or other technologies.
Those services operate under their own terms, policies, technical requirements, and privacy practices.
Purple Garden Consulting LLC does not control independent third parties and cannot guarantee their security, availability, functionality, or continued operation.
1.19 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Purple Garden Consulting LLC and its applicable brands, owners, managers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, or speculative damages arising from use of ManhattanDomains.com or associated digital assets.
This may include, where legally permissible, losses associated with wallet compromise, incorrect wallet information, blockchain transactions, third-party failures, incompatible technology, service interruptions, or changes to decentralized infrastructure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
2. PRIVACY POLICY
